A pastor and principal of Real Infant Primary School in Wakiso District, Kampala, Uganda, is accused of sodomizing six students between 2016 and 2019. The suspect, named Mpagi Didas aka Bakulu, appeared before International Crimes Division Judge David Wangutusi on Thursday, May 27. He faces a charge of aggravated defilement. A scene that is chilling for the parents of the abused children. On the other hand, the abuser loves to dominate his victims.

The victims are all victims of mental manipulation

According to the prosecution, the victims were supposed to sleep naked and Mpagi would then caress the victims' genitals with his fingers. He then performed oral sex on them before penetrating them. The victims are all children between the ages of 10 and 16 when the alleged crimes were committed. According to the court statement, Mpagi, who was also a pastor, had admitted them under a scholarship program. If they want to benefit from the scholarship for a long time, they must agree to satisfy his need. If not, he threatened to withdraw them. Same case, if they would report the matter.

The prosecution notes that the pastor, who also worked as the school principal, allegedly slept with each of the victims in the dormitory where he also slept often. The court heard that as a result of Mpagi's actions, the victims experienced pain in their stomachs and buttocks and had difficulty urinating and passing stool normally.

The principal intimidated the boys whenever they complained about his actions.

Being a man of God, they could easily threaten the children about the incident. They could also deny the accusation. "He also threatened them that being a pastor and a man of God, he could easily know in case they reported the incident to anyone." At all times, the victims face the constant fear without doing anything.

The case was adjourned to June 8 for a new hearing. Mpagi faces 12 counts of aggravated defilement and child abuse.

At last report, Mpagi was remanded to the government prison in Kitalya.
